ZNC Assists Non-Profit Organization in Development and Financing for New School Facility in Milford, Connecticut

Martin McCann recently represented the Connecticut Center for Child Development, Inc., a non-profit school for children with Autism and other pervasive developmental disorders, in the successful negotiation of construction and loan agreements for the development and financing of a new 30,000 square foot educational facility on Wolf Harbor Road in Milford, Connecticut.
