Franchisee Clients Recover Damages for Unfair Trade Practices

Doug Varga recently obtained a Superior Court judgment in favor of two franchisees of an international retail restaurant chain on claims based on unfair trade practices and unlawful interference with contractual relations. The judgment confirmed an arbitrator's award of damages and attorneys' fees and costs in excess of $550,000.00.
