Mr. Frost practices in
virtually all areas of civil and criminal
litigation.
Mr. Frost’s civil
litigation practice is diverse, involving the
prosecution and defense of tort and breach of
contract disputes, employment disputes, shareholder
and partnership disputes, antitrust claims, unfair
trade practice claims, trade secret misappropriation
claims, and personal injury claims. He has been
involved in representing municipalities, medical
practice groups, business professionals, doctors,
legal professionals, business consultants, large
companies, and closely held corporations. Mr. Frost
has extensive experience representing doctors in
cases arising out of medical practice break-ups,
contract disputes with hospitals, and alleged
antitrust violations.
Mr. Frost also maintains
an active criminal defense practice, representing
both individuals and corporations at all stages of
the criminal justice process. He has represented
clients in investigations by the Department of
Justice, the United States Attorney’s Office, the
Department of Children and Families, and the Office
of the Connecticut Attorney General. He also has
represented individuals in state court charged with
drug possession/sale, assault, breach of peace,
threatening, risk of injury to a minor, sexual
assault, larceny, credit card fraud, DUI, reckless
driving, and minor motor vehicle offenses.
Mr. Frost also appears regularly as
appointed counsel in the U.S. District Court,
representing indigent criminal defendants in federal
narcotics, RICO, and fraud prosecutions.
