Mr. Smith’s practice focuses on business and commercial transactions.  Before joining Zeldes, Needle & Cooper in 2002, Mr. Smith practiced with a firm in New York City.

Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Smith was a principal in the startup of a retail sporting goods chain.  From 1994 to 1997 he was a regional sales manager in the Southwest and Rocky Mountain States for Swiss Army Brands, Inc.

Building on his business experience, Mr. Smith brings to the practice of law an understanding of the needs and challenges facing the entrepreneur and small business retailer, as well as the large wholesale vendor.
