Ms. Vatti concentrates her practice in the area of personal injury litigation.  She represents injured individuals in claims involving motor vehicle accidents, uninsured / underinsured motorists, premises defects, medical malpractice and other types of professional negligence, products liability, and other civil disputes.  She also devotes substantial time to workers’ compensation matters. 

Ms. Vatti joined Zeldes, Needle & Cooper in 2007 with approximately 14 years of previous litigation experience.  Ms. Vatti worked for several years in the area of insurance defense before establishing her own practice devoted primarily to representing injured clients in all types of personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. 

While at Albany Law School, Ms. Vatti was recognized for outstanding academic achievement in Evidence, was the recipient of the Best Oral Advocate Award in a national civil rights appellate advocacy competition, and was inducted into the National Order of Barristers as a result of demonstrated excellence and high honors in courtroom advocacy. 

Ms. Vatti is a court-appointed attorney trial referee, fact-finder and arbitrator.  She also is a member of the Connecticut Pro Bono Network.
