An attorney-certified public accountant who joined the firm in 1992, Mr. McCann practices in the areas of business law, bankruptcy, and taxation. He has extensive experience in entity formation, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, as well as venture capital and private equity investment, commercial lending, real property and equipment leasing, technology licensing and other transactions. Mr. McCann represents businesses and individuals in Federal and state tax controversies, and counsels corporations and other entities on matters of employment, entity governance, investor relations, tax planning, and related business matters.
